Can I return the products I purchased?
Yes, you have a period of 15 days after the purchase is delivered to make returns.
The products must be found in perfect condition, with label and without any type of use.

What is the cost of making a return?
There is a preferential rate of $99 for product return guides.
How long do I have to use my balance for the refund?
There is a period of use of 30 days, always giving the recommendation of use in the shortest possible time to have the sizes available in the models.
Can a refund be given for the item?
Yes, all refunds are discounted by 10% of the value of the item purchased due to the platform and banking commissions used in e-commerce.
